NEW DATE AND TIME!!!  Saturday, October 31st from Noon-2p we are going to bring you a little closer to a normal Halloween with TRUNK OR TREAT at the Grand Central Plaza in Horseheads.  It will be 100%  social distanced!  How?  This year will be a drive through where you will get a bag of candy at the end of our haunted lane!  Please enter from Chemung Street, in the back of Grand Central Plaza on the GCP Discount Liquors and Wines side.

Local business will be displaying their decked out Halloween trunks and you don’t even need to get out of your car!

Here are a few guidelines to follow to ensure everyone’s safety.

  1. Everyone in the car must wear a mask while driving through the haunted lane.
  2. Remain in your car at all times.
  3. Your windows are to remain up until the last trunk, where you’ll receive your bag of candy.
  4. Stay a car length’s away from the car in front of you.
  5. One bag of candy per child in attendance.
  6. Exit either at Chemung St. or next to Dunkin Donuts.
  7. No pets allowed.
  8. Have fun!
